Institution Impact
Our partnerships with colleges and universities are an essential component of the EAW success story. EAW helps students stay in school, do better in their classes, complete their degree, graduate with less debt, and launch a satisfying and successful career.
Like EAW, our institutional partners are eager to make sure that students who have the greatest need are most effectively served. We work with institutions to identify students who are most likely to benefit by working with EAW. Then, we collaborate with colleges and universities to support students with financial aid, enrollment, and career services.
EAW Student Demographics
“EAW students are going in with two or three years experience versus someone who may have worked their entire college career but might not have had the opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company. That gives them a leg up; it speaks to the critical thinking and other skill sets that employers are looking for. So even if they don’t end up working for Microsoft, they are getting experience that makes them a whole lot more marketable to other companies and provides them with choices for their career paths. That’s what we are looking for. It’s not just about graduating. It’s about the career opportunities and career path for every one of our students.”
